Lương y Nguyễn Quý Thanh là hậu duệ 10 đời của dòng họ Nguyễn Quý. Hiện nay, Lương y Nguyễn Quý Thanh nổi tiếng với bài thuốc An Cung Trúc Hoàn chữa tai biến mạch máu não, tắc mạch máu, tê liệt và hoại tử tứ chi do tắc mạch,… Tính đến nay, thuốc đã giúp khắc phục di chứng vận động và tri thức cho hàng ngàn bệnh nhân có đời sống thực vật sau tai biến, đột quỵ.
Thuốc An Cung Trúc Hoàn của Lương y Nguyễn Quý Thanh cũng là bài thuốc Đông y chữa tai biến duy nhất có chứng nhận lâm sàng về tác dụng phòng ngừa và điều trị các di chứng sau tai biến mạch máu não. Thuốc có giấy phép lưu hành số 44/SYT theo quyết định 18/QĐ-SYT ngày 03/06/2015.
